A fathers daughter is kidnapped. He sets out on a mission to get her back using his expertise he learned as a spy for the government.

WOW, sometimes you think you are about to watch an okay action movie and you end up watching one of the best ones in a long time. From the writer Luc Besson (Taxi, Transporter) this is the action movie of 2008. After about 15 minutes of back story the movie really starts going and it does not stop until the credits are rolling. And what a ride it is, the acting is amazing, the camerawork is amazing and of course the action is top notch. Liam Neeson does a superb job as the father looking for his daughter, killing his way one step at a time.

The movie also puts a spotlight on the trafficking problems that a lot of Europe has. Where teenage girls are kidnapped and sold or used as prostitutes. I rate this movie a 9/10.

Watched this for the second time tonight with a friend that had never seen it. At first I was unsure if I liked it as much the second time but when it was finished we both agreed it is a great movie. It still deserves 9/10.
